A honey almost chocolate

Carob Honey is probably the most emblematic tree in the Algarve. It originates a honey of dark color with chocolate aroma. Its flavor thus provides notes of chocolate, leaving at the end a slight bitter tone. For this reason some people use it in the diet as a substitute for chocolate.
