From the plain fields of Alentejo

This honey comes from the clovers of the lowlands of Alentejo, in the South of Portugal. Its aroma is sweet and delicate, with slight touches of fresh grass. Sweet and light in flavour, it has a fast and fine crystallization and it is creamy and water-white in colour.
